Picnic Lunch Ideas
Mini Cracker Sandwich Bites
What you need: Wheat crackers, Mexican cheese blend, avocado, shredded chicken and some salsa. Rotisserie chicken works too.
Shrimp Lettuce Wraps
What you need: Shrimp, paprika, garlic powder, extra virgin olive oil, lettuce, pineapple, tomato, red onions, cilantro and lime.

Caprese Meatball Skewers
What you need: Basil, cherry tomato, 1/2 mini mozzarella balls, and meatball. Drizzle with balsamic reduction.

What you need: A variety of cheeses and fruits plus crackers and french bread. A mix of soft and hard cheese is great and you can also have a colourful platter by mixing different fruits together.
