“I was disheartened with the type of people I was connecting with on online dating platforms with ghosting and inappropriate behaviour. I thought I would try something different and gave Ideal introductions a try knowing that clients would be committed to the cause and the security of trusting Linda’s database to not allow inappropriate behaviour or those of bad character.
Linda and her team were professional and made the experience personalised and comfortable to deal with especially when you are out of your comfort zone but need to trust the process.
I never thought I’d go on a date and ride off into the sunset, I knew it would take a bit of trial and error I’m very fussy! Linda was very patient and didn’t make me feel that way at all. A few dates were not my ideal connection – lovely guys just no chemistry or spark, and I was given the opportunity to clearly communicate that in my feedback privately back to Ideal and then Linda would adjust her search criteria. I went into the experience not expecting speed dating type dates as it was quality over quantity I was interested in.
I gave Linda my criteria and at times she challenged that and went with her professional opinion of what she was matching me with, which I trusted because my method or selection clearly hadn’t been working for me. Sometimes it was too far off but I think this helped her narrow down and understand more of what I was looking for.
Thanks to Ideal I have met someone who falls outside of my criteria but it’s not even an issue because of the connection and chemistry there.”
